The Darlington Community celebrated the arts with an ART-I-GRAS celebration in the Van Es Arena. Students watched an amazing video about the arts at Darlington created by junior Shannon Li and then enjoyed a "trash to treasure" fashion show featuring students in grades 8-12. The celebration was capped off by a pre-K to 2 parade complete with floats, candy, and the jazz sounds of the 2nd Line jazz band.
This event was sponsored by the Fine Arts Department and the Fine Arts Booster Club to celebrate and support artistic experiences for all Darlington students.
