During the Jordan Jewels' tour of Christmas traditions of the world, they made the first stop in the Netherlands. Sinterklaas visited the Jewels on December 5, leaving shoes full of Dutch chocolates, small toys and chocolate letters. The children also learned about Dutch customs and traditions and Mrs. Albers made a Dutch apple cake. The children enjoyed many goodies but especially Holland Rusk complete with butter and Dutch chocolate sprinkles.
