Third through fifth grade students enjoyed creating artwork for the Winter Art Show.
The third-graders created a snowman with cut paper. Students used traditional glitter or glitter paint to create a snowy sky. Fourth-graders drew and painted their own version of Santa Claus. Students were inspired by Nordic folk art when decorating their Santa's coat. The fifth grade students were inspired by the book "Last Stop on the Reindeer Express" by Maudie Powell-Tuck and illustrator Karl James Mountford. Students created a festive town scene complete with open doors.
