Darlington housed the crew of "Holy Irresistible," a rom-com, coming-of-age, comedy-drama and Nicholl Fellowship-winning screenplay while they filmed in Rome, Ga., in June. Additionally, scenes were flimed in Morris Chapel.
The production company, Local Cinema Studios, also offered an opportunity for high school students interested in filmmaking to shadow on set for a full-day session. Students could apply to shadow the following department heads: director, cinematographer, production designer, costumer, hair/makeup, assistant director, and production manager.
