The boys' and girls' golf teams kicked off the 2020 golf season playing their first tournament at Oak Mountain Golf Club in Carrollton as Carrollton High School hosted the President's Day Shootout. Darlington's teams consisted of Carters Anderson, Lindsey Cordell, Redding Shaw, Liza Frisbee and Anne Scott Smith. Alex Patterson assisted Coach Willerson during the tournament and the Tigers finished eighth overall. Lindsey Cordell posted a low-round for the Tigers at 71, while Liza Frisbee shot an 80 for the Lady Tigers. Overall the team played great as they prepare for the 2020 golf season.
