In honor of their 50th reunion, Darlington and Thornwood’s Classes of 1972 have raised more than $600,000 to establish the Lakeside Scholarship. The Distinguished Alumnus/na Award was established in 1983 by the Alumni Association. Since then, nearly 50 deserving Darlington and/or Thornwood alumni have received the award.
