Camp Scholar Quest is an exciting summer program designed for students to build confidence and strengthen essential math and literacy skills in a fun and engaging environment! Campers will explore math fact fluency, fractions, problem-solving, grammar, reading fluency, and even cursive handwriting through interactive activities and hands-on learning.
Note: No supplies are needed—just bring a water bottle and a great attitude!
About the directors
Carrie Watterson has taught fourth grade since 2022 after having previously taught second grade. With more than a decade of experience in the classroom, she holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Shorter University and an M.S. in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University as well as a Gifted Endorsement, Math Endorsement, and Special Education General Curriculum Certificate (P-12). She is the mother of Tripp ('25) and Annie ('28).
Bebe Cline has taught fifth grade at Darlington since 2005. She holds a B.A. from Mercer University, an M.Ed. from The University of Georgia and also has nine years of middle grades experience in Georgia public schools. She currently serves as the Grades 3-5 Team Leader. She is the mother of Sarah Beth (’14) and Jacqueline (’18).
