Third-graders learned about Earth Day during their library class and why it is important for us to protect and celebrate our Mother Earth. They then heard a story about what actions they could take in their own homes and communities to help the environment. Lastly, students were taken outside to take pictures of nature and then either create a keynote project or a collage of different photos.
