Noah Teplitzky ('15) has made history by being the youngest American player by five years to play in the top premier soccer division in Costa Rica. He signed with Municipal PZ in September.
"Noah is a very special player," said Kevin Ray, director of operations for Darlington School Soccer Academy. "There was never any doubt in my mind that he would not make it as a professional soccer player. His work ethic and drive are second to none, and his talent speaks for it self. This is just the beginning for him."
Prior to signing with Municipal PZ, Teplitzky played soccer at Furman University and was named to the 2015 Southern Conference All-Freshman Team.
In addition to his time at Darlington, he spent five years as a youth academy player with Liverpool FC, Bristol City and Stoke City.
