Welcome to Episode 123 of The Darlington Podcast! 

In this episode, Director of Alumni Relations Vicki Vincent chats with Barry Hurley ('83, LD '20), local attorney, current parent and parent of three alumni. They talk about Hurley's Darlington experience, his career path and how he stays connected with members of his class as he prepares for his milestone 40th class reunion this fall at Alumni Weekend. 

Vicki Vincent first joined the Advancement Office in 1995. Since then, she has held a variety of different roles including class agent officer and director of alumni relations. She is responsible for the development and management of alumni programs for Darlington, including the Alumni Council, the Class Agent Program and special events like Alumni Weekend.

Barry Hurley was a four-year day student from Summerville, Ga. At Darlington, he played football, basketball and track and field. Hurley graduated as a member of the Cum Laude Society. After graduating, he earned his bachelor of business administration in finance from the University of Georgia and went on to graduate from the University of Georgia School of Law. He has over thirty years of experience as Corporate Counsel, Chairman, CEO and CFO at multiple financial institutions dealing with all federal bank regulatory agencies and four of the southeastern state bank regulatory agencies. He currently serves as the legal counsel and CEO of Southeast First National Bank.
