Carney Sandoe & Associates (CSA) is proud to announce that Darlington School Athletic Director Mitch Jordan ('90) has been selected as a member of the faculty for the AD Training Camp (ADTC), a premier professional development event for new and aspiring athletic administrators nationwide. The next ADTC will take place in Philadelphia on July 6-9, 2026.

Chosen from a competitive national pool of candidates, Jordan earned this distinction for his expertise, professionalism and respected leadership in the field of athletics administration. The ADTC brings together top talent to share best practices, foster innovation and mentor the next generation of athletic directors.

"Mitch is one of the most talented and respected ADs in the country," said Dr. Tim Green, CS&A athletic practice leader. "We are excited and honored to have him join our staff to help train the next generation of athletic administrators. His efforts will result in ripple effects that spread across the country and impact countless student-athletes."

This recognition underscores Jordan’s commitment to advancing athletic programs and shaping the future of school sports. His participation will not only elevate the ADTC experience, but also strengthen the network of athletic leaders dedicated to excellence and student success.

Jordan has more than two decades of experience in education and coaching, serving as athletic director at Mount Paran Christian School for 17 years before returning to Darlington, where he taught and coached from 2002 to 2008, to become athletic director in 2025. Mount Paran received numerous athletic accolades under his leadership, including being named back-to-back Directors Cup Champions in 2022-2023 and 2023-2024. He was named Region 6A Athletic Director of the Year in 2014 and 2015 and Georgia Athletics Coaches Association State Coach of the Year in 2014.

Jordan holds a B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a member of the 1990 National Championship football team. He completed additional graduate studies at Georgia Tech and served as a graduate assistant football coach there from 1994 to 1996. Prior to joining the field of education, he earned his CPA and worked in finance for four years. In 2021, he earned his M.A. in Educational Leadership from Gordon College. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an EXOS Performance Specialist.
