The school relies on the financial generosity of our community to ensure we are able to uphold our mission to empower students to learn with passion, act with integrity, and serve with respect.
There are several opportunities available to support Darlington during this holiday season, and we hope you will consider giving back in one of the following ways.
Annual giving is our number-one fundraising priority because these gifts directly support our students and teachers every single day. The Darlington Fund provides 6% of the school’s annual operating budget, helping bridge the gap between tuition and the true cost of a Darlington education. Your generosity ensures that every student benefits from the full Darlington experience both in and beyond the classroom.
Gifts to The Darlington Fund may be made in whatever way is most convenient for you, including debit or credit card, cash, check, or stock. Our fiscal year runs from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026, and each gift, no matter the size, makes an immediate and meaningful difference.
Darlington’s endowment serves as a long-term savings and investment fund that helps secure the school’s financial future. A strong endowment provides critical support to the annual operating budget, reducing pressure on tuition and helping us avoid significant yearly increases.
Endowment gifts may be designated to areas that matter most to you including scholarships and financial aid, faculty support, fine arts, or athletics. It ensures that your investment has a lasting impact.
Named endowed funds begin at $100,000 and may be established for student or faculty support. These funds generate meaningful benefits each year, strengthening the Darlington experience for generations to come.
When you make a planned gift through your will or trust, you create a legacy that will shape the lives of Darlington students for generations to come. These thoughtful commitments help secure the school’s future while honoring your own values and intentions. Planned gifts can take many forms—such as a bequest, IRA rollover, beneficiary designation, or charitable gift vehicles like annuities and trusts. They may be funded with stocks and bonds, real estate, retirement assets, cash, or insurance. However you choose to give, your legacy becomes part of Darlington’s story.
Give the gift of a Darlington education. The Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program is truly a win-win-win—for taxpayer donors, scholarship recipients, and our school community. By contributing to GOAL in exchange for a 100% Georgia income tax credit, you directly expand access to a Darlington education for students who might not otherwise have the opportunity.

For gifts to The Darlington Fund: We accept checks, credit cards, publicly traded stocks and bank transfers via Flywire, as well as matching gifts. Gifts can be made online at any time, one time or in monthly installments. Gifts must be received by the end of the fiscal year on May 31 to count toward the school year’s Darlington Fund.
For gifts to the endowment: We accept checks, credit cards, publicly traded stocks and bank transfers. Gifts can be made online at any time by selecting “Other” under Fund Direction.
