The middle grades Cooking Club put together a deconstructed Tres Leches Cake. While it was soaking the milks, Sra. Baldwin demonstrated how to make Pico. Then everyone got to eat watermelon with Tajín; chips and Pico; and, of course, the star of the day, Tres Leches Cake.
